If you are choosing Local Pickup, WHEN YOU COME TO PICK UP, THE NAME ON YOUR ORDER MUST MATCH THE NAME ON YOUR ID. YOU ARE THE ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSON WHO MAY PICK UP YOUR ORDER. We will not release your order to your girlfriend, your wife, your friend, etc, or otherwise anyone else who is “in the area” instead of you. You must have a scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance. You will need to call us, we will not call you. You are required to pickup your item(s) within fifteen (15) business days from purchase date. You must bring your ID and the card used for payment.
