As we transition into this year’s time of winter, HMotorsOnline experiences a large increase in orders to fulfill, and phone calls to answer. Here are some helpful things to remember during this Winter Frenzy period at HMotorsOnline.

  • Business hours are from 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Unscheduled walk-ins will not be accommodated
  • Phones are ringing non-stop in the mornings
    • We ask of your patience if you get placed on a long hold as we fulfill everybody’s orders; we are aware of your position in the queue and we are working to tend to you
  • Email responses are sent out within 24-48 hours; if it is urgent please give us a call for quicker response
